I doubt the cat would like the long plane ride. Maybe he or she would be better off staying home. Especially if Rome has a quarantine rule for incoming pets.
National Panda Day. I love pandas. They’re so darn cute!
National Everything You Do Is Right Day. After yesterday’s everything is wrong day, it’s nice to be right.
National Curl Crush Day. National Curl Crush Day on March 16th empowers everyone to be their own curl crush by loving and showing off their natural, gorgeous curls. I don’t have curls to show off. Heck – some people don’t even have hair to show off, let alone curls.
National SBDC Day. During the third Wednesday in March, National Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) Day recognizes the thousands of SBDCs across the country supporting entrepreneurs in the pursuit of small business ownership.
There were a couple comments yesterday about the ides of March. It’s not on my calendar, so I couldn’t remember what date that falls on. I do remember many, many years ago, my brother Paul, was in a school play. Paul is the one who helped fix up my house last summer. I remember only one line from the play. Paul had the line, “Beware the ides of March”. I think that was his only line, but I really can’t remember anything else about the play.
Feels like another windy day here. Sunday I was oblivious that a heavy wind had come up at my back as I was coasting down a little used canyon road – when I turned to come back home I couldn’t pedal my bike against the headwind and had to walk/push it back for about a mile. Not fun, but I was too stubborn to call a friend with a pickup for a ride. We had gusts up to 50 mph, one of my favorite summits for fall color recorded a gust of 103.
Iceland and Norway are at the top of my list. And as much as I would like to see the tropical wildlife in places like Costa Rica, I can no longer handle ANY heat or humidity.
A few days ago the HOA mgr sent out a mass email that an orange/white kitty was found by the golf pro shop. I called and talked to the guy and he said he’d keep it in his office for a few days to see if anyone called. Nobody did.So, I just went over and got it; male, fixed, REALLY sweet. I took him to the shelter and Robyn said she’d had a call this morning from a guy who lives in the next development looking for his sweet, male, fixed o/w kitty. Robyn was going to call him. Fingers crossed it’s his.
Well, they do say all roads lead to Rome. Then again, they also say the Romans are crazy. (Well, Asterix does, anyway.) On another note, saw seven robins, a finch, two juncos, and two varied thrushes while out walking today.

I wish I could think of something to say, but I can’t, so I won’t.

Stay in the comfort of your own home, it’s too dangerous to travel right now. Be spoiled by your cat sitter.

I liked Florence and Venice better although Rome has more famous stuff.

All roads lead to Rome as long as Rome is there. Sounds like lots of robins are out and about ~ hopefully Spring is out and about soon.
