Boy, that is a tough question…no pay, surly employees, manual labor, …. and Chesney!

I got my author’s copy of my book yesterday! I have to look it over for any possible errors before it goes into the final publishing and it will be released on the first of January next year! It can be pre-ordered on Amazon.com, Walmart.com or Barnes & Noble. This is a picture of my book.

Come on, Chesney! Annie is far from being a tyrant. Didn’t she just take you all out for ice cream? How many people have ever done that? I’ve never done it with my cats. Annie is a sweet, loving little girl who loves you with all of her heart and she takes very good care of you. Cut her some slack and show some appreciation.

To Egrayjames , I’m sorry to hear of the unexpected passing of your DC. It’s always hard to lose a fur kid, but to lose them so suddenly and unexpectedly is the worst.

To those who mentioned having the pawprint t-shirt that says “My cat walks all over me”, I had one of those too. I wore it to death and had to throw it out when it got too worn out. I had another one once that said, “My life is devoted entirely to the comfort and convenience of my cats.”

Thank you all for the outpouring of sympathy yesterday. Dam* Cat is now laid to rest in the upper corner of my small orchard next to Samantha, a Bassett hound that was also dearly loved. I felt like I was in an old movie yesterday. I had to put on a rain jacket and dig her grave, half way through, coming back to the house to rest. I wrapped her up in a couple of pillow cases with some of her toys and carried her from the house in the pouring rain. I’m 70 years old, and it was a hard day. Dam* Cat!….still brings tears to my eyes. Thank you everyone.

I have a collection of cat t-shirts: one that says catmom, with Yum Yum and Smudge; another that says “Never underestimate an old woman who loves cats and was born in November”;, and the last one is a very frazzled black cat and it reads “It’s OK, I’m OK, everything is OK”.

The dark blue heavy duty hoodie my daughter gave me last year is waiting to be worn soon.

In bold white letters it says CAT MOM

Good luck on buying the warehouse, Chesney. I know you would miss Annie if she weren’t there. This is a day of forgiveness ~ forgive her ~ even though she never did anything wrong.

I have my mom’s coffee mug that says, “Great Dane MOM” with her name on it. I have it and her Great Dane now along with mine. I love those boys.
