There has to be at least 10% chasing bits of paper all over the house. And 10% attacking your ankles as you walk by. Mine would go out into the back yard and sniff random things, that’s 30%.
My furnace has been repaired. It was a bad ignitor. Once that was replaced, the furnace kicked on. I also had a bad condensation pump, which had nothing to do with the furnace not running, but was the reason I had a wet floor by the furnace. No flooding, since I have a dirt floor. For people who suggested that I check the battery in my thermostat, well, my thermostat doesn’t have a battery. I have one of those old, round thermostats, which is probably the original one put in way back long before I was born. And yes, I did wake up in the morning to find 5 cats in bed with me. I can always count on Raven and Beauty to be there, but I also had Cassie, Joy and Junebug. Joy, Junebug and Beauty are Cassie’s 3 daughters. Her 2 sons (my only male cats) Ozzie and Oreo were not in bed with me.
We ended up not getting the big snow that they predicted. I think we had about an inch of snow here. But Madison (where I work) got around 4 inches. We have more snow coming on Friday and Saturday.
Update: We got back yesterday at noon. This was a long, hard trip – not just because of what it was for, but the physical part, too. 12 days gone, 9 of them on the road. We are both SO tired of being in a car! I’m still working on going through all of my sisters’ papers and there are a lot! I got her car sold. Her regular mechanic took it. He was just as nice as Sandy always said he was. He fixes them up then donates them to young people just starting out who need transportation. I had to go to the DMV and get a duplicate title first. Now, once I get the death certificates, I can send him one so the title will be transferred. Working on everything else, too. I have a whole suitcase of papers to go through. They’re not in folders, just all loose. This is going to take a while.
I’ve tried to keep up with TC so I haven’t missed anything.
Joey, who has long but flat hair like a flat coated retreiver, ran out the door and rolled and rolled in the dirt yesterday while I was looking for my shoes. Too filthy to brush, so we stepped in the shower, closed the door and I hosed him off. Boy was he mad!! In my 50 years of having cats, I have never once had to give one a bath. We have rain, and quite a bit of it!!

Cats dont do percentage. They can add to more than 100. Please dont try to quantify me, as they say
diskus Premium Member about 5 hours ago
Or in other words, cats do 100 percent whatever they want
