That goes without saying.

None of the games really ‘count’.

Can I hear an ‘Amen!’

It’s no more stupid than watching the games that DO “count”. But almost everyone enjoys some form of nonsensical entertainment.

I’d rather be reading a book than watching any kind of sports. So much more uplifting.

Armchair quarterbacks need practice under game conditions as well.

The only form of exercise for some — vocal, arm muscles, sprinting to the kitchen/fridge and back and finger flexing!

Not nearly as stupid as Hallmark’s Christmas in July movies that my wife watches.

No more silly than getting stirred up about pointless contests and people whom you don’t know, who aren’t from your town, and whose achievements in no way make you more worthy. They really only need two teams. They can change the uniforms each week.

I used to watch the Detroit Tigers until the Illitch kids turned it into a minor league team!

For some fans the Pre-Season will be the best part of the year… ☺

I quit watching the little prima donas. They can have it.

It is not any worse than watching almost any other show on TV, especially realities shows.

Got you all WE don’t even have a TV in our home.

Gives a good idea of who the starters will be when the season begins. I doubt anyone predicted Russell Wilson would become Seahawks starting QB until his performance in pre-season games. I knew he would get that position when I saw it. Besides there are some fans who will never miss a game, even if it doesn’t count.
