Before long, AZ will be in the triple digits. I’m going to enjoy this weather while it lasts.

I know how she feels. I’ve been waiting for the highs around here to get above freezing.

Mother Nature’s been throwing out temperatures like Powerball numbers. 48, 60, 29, 35, 68…

Body temp = 98°

Freezing = 32°

98 minus 32 = 66

At 66°, I am half frozen….

I suppose this makes sense if they lived in one of the last dozen countries in the world that still use the Fahrenheit scale.

Anything above 78 and I’m miserable from the heat…

If you live in the cold climes you know that in the Fall 30 feels like -80 and in late winter 30 feels like +80

Gladys like my wife – watches weather 10 times a day but only leaves our snug home for Doctor appt or medicine and such. Maybe 3 times a month. So what is the deal with the weather? 32 deg or 92 deg – She is not going outside – No siree bub

she’s right. “comfortable” temperatures are relative. Temps that feel swell now will be perceived as “FREEZING!” next June.

I listen to radio online since nothing in my area really makes me happy. I don’t have that option in the car so there, I take what I can get. On one web site, I was told about an Ohio radio station which has some disadvantages, one of which is that the weather is cold there. On another web site a few months later, I heard about a station in Arizona, which is better, and although there are no weather forecasts, they would certainly be better. Well, maybe not in summer.

Loving panel 5, it reminds me of watching a football game when half the field is in the shade, and the other half is in the blazing sun.

The adaptability of the human body and mind is amazing. In springtime, when the temperatures get up around 55º F, one remarks on how warm it has gotten. In autumn, when it gets down to 55º F, one remarks on how chilly it has gotten.

Nebraska was hovering around zero last week. Next week, the week we go to Florida for a vacation, Nebraska will be in the 60’s & 70’s. I feel like Brutus.

the temperature soared and the sun came out for a bit yesterday and the day before, rapidly melting the snow. and since the temperature has dropped back to the normal level for this time of year this morning the world is a sheet of ice…

Remember the Polar Vortex that sat on Ohio and PA, and most of the Northeast in 2015 ? It went a couple of weeks without getting as high as zero.
