I can walk 4 miles at one time and only get maybe 1 zone minute on my fitbit. I have actually yelled at it saying, “I had SURGERY! On my KNEE!” 4 miles at once is a huge achievement right now. I mostly need the feedback from my sleep and heart rate anyway. I walk with a dog who does not walk in a straight line and has to stop now and then to eat something dead or even walk back to something. Or stop for no apparent reason at all.
