Disagreeing doesn’t make anybody a troll. But surely trolls can’t expect their targets to agree with personal humiliations, sarcasm, or intimidation. (I don’t recall an alleged troll ever having merely “disagreed” with Joe about anything other than his personal characteristics, actual or imagined.) A target who objects to abusive treatment is entitled to call it what it is, not just to “disagree.”
It should be no surprise to be called a troll if you gotta attack people with irrelevant abuse like “Oklahomo” (which is offensive to read even if you’re a straight northeasterner). If the shoe fits …
