I wouldn’t do that. It obviously grows on him.

I bought the most amazing zippered dog bed cover. I bought it a size bigger than the bed, so my pup loves to “dig” it and make little dense. But when it gets dirty, I just zip it off and throw it in the laundry. Best purchase ever.

There’s fungus among us.

Eeewww, ick! That’s as bad as the one from a few years back about what grows in unwashed office coffee cups. I’ve shown that one to a few co-workers who are now much better at washing their own cups.

Reminds me of the carpeting in the backseat of my late lamented 1966 Olds Delta 88. The back window had a leak (somewhere — we always had trouble trying to find it), and the carpet would get wet, stay wet, and grow mushrooms.

Or harvest the mushrooms…..

Leave it alone. It’s Koko’s very own personal wildlife preserve.
