So where is your leash Koko ?

Pilot, Jackie, Duffy, Daisy, Mimi, Chance, Sutter, Murphy….parents’ names, no idea

“Here Rover”, “Stay Max”, “Come along Luna”, “Stop that Charlie”, “Catch Bella”…

Some dogs I know their owners names too. Others I don’t know either. Two I only know the dogs names. Those I know because they use my front yard as their toilet in spite of the leash laws.

A leash has two ends, Koko, that won’t decide anything. It’s the one with the will of more endurance who will be the one who matters in the end.

Which end of the leash?

Doggies needs no names even. All they has to does to knows who’s who is to just sniffs the rears.

I have the bad habit of saying hi to the dog and ignoring the owner.

Hey, what’s your name again? (Stop hounding me).

When we bundle up in the winter, the dog is the only thing recognizable.

Her mom? Really? Wow, I’ll have to reread that genetics book.

My late loving wife was a pet groomer for over 30 years. Most of her clients preferred that she know the pet’s name, more than theirs. Whenever she would run into one of her clients at the store, she would always say “pet’s name/mom or dad”

Same in my neighborhood. Favorite dog (that isn’t mine) is Snitch a wire fox terrier.

No one is on the end of a leash…

Yeah, but there are 2 ends to the leash, the dog’s end and his walker’s end.
