Had a tenant living in my old cabin who had a dog. A good dog but MY insurance company would not allow a dog in MY rental without a fence. The rental was in the forrest 300 yards from nowhere. I made a deal and sold my cabin to the tenant. He had a good dog.

All animals can be amazing in their own way, but that doesn’t necessarily mean you want them in an apartment that you’re renting to someone.

I don’t have any problem with the dogs and cats in my current neighbors apartments. One fellow even had a little pig that didn’t cause any issues (he’s moved now). But some dogs can be vicious, and the owners always blame other people for it.

The hiker appears to have a bit of frostbite on his nose? I have never lived where it snows, so I have no idea.

When I had rental property, I always allowed pets. People with pets are most often more responsible and stay in the rental as finding a place that allow pets is hard.
