Why doesn’t Superman always have bugs all over his face?
If you must fly, flap your arms, that will burn some calories and tone your arms.
It kind of seems like balancing aerodynamically would require some serious muscle strength
One of the exercises they had in my gym class was superman, lying on the the floor and fluttering arms and legs
I think on one occasion he (or maybe Superboy) gained a lot of weight due to exposure to Red Kryptonite, but fortunately it wore off after 24 hours (yes, I’m going back a lot of decades).
but it is too hot to walk very far this summer. Don’t want Superman passed out on the side of the road.
