Lightning the mood

I AGREE!

I spent too many decades in a desert. Give me rain! I have been in a rain soaked State for only two decades. And I still can not get enough! When people (who have been here all their lives) question my sanity… I point out “At least you don’t have to water the plants!” They will nod in agreement.

OKAY! I give, haven’t seen a lot of rain since 1992…I loved it, now it’s getting old!

Let’s hope the pointy hat doesn’t act like a lightning rod.

I presume it’s the lightening that appeals to the Wizard.

He must have sent it to Oklahoma. It’s storming like that here now.

Bring it to Canada! It’ll help put out the 200 out of control wildfires. Although the lightning will be blamed for starting another 100 more wildfires!

Not sure about “Ever” but The Count will take it over these long hours of daylight with all the heat and humid enough to peel the paint off a Buick.

I used to live in Atlanta, hot and humid and at some point I started downloading rain noises just for the “dream” of it, and it was ever so relaxing.

Well, my sunflowers would agree with this sentiment.

It’s a shame we haven’t gotten much rain this year.

Won’t have to water the tomatoes today

I grew up on a farm and feel contentment whenever it rains.

Rain would be good. It’s too hot for me today. I had some running around to do and I thought I would melt into a puddle of goo walking from one store to the next.

It’s sunny today it will rain tomorrow.

The wizard must be non-conducting. Else the lightening would have passed through him.

I’ve seen wildfires and I’ve seen rain

I’ve seen lakes go dry and mudslides time and again

I’ve seen floods as high as the rooftops and then

It always seems to get worse and never end

The older I get, the more I love big thunderstorms. Well, any rain actually. Especially here in the drought-stricken West.
