There’s a difference between “city planning” and “city scheming”?;/

In my city, it is the department of lack of thought.

Both doors open to the same room.

I had no idea that Ziggy lived in Chicago.

City planning often leads to city scheming. That is why they (The Government) invented eminent domain in 1625. It was a Dutch thing, (dominium eminens) (Latin for “supreme ownership”). But all the governments of the world, loved it and now it’s used everywhere.

At least one of them is honest.

Is the municipal airport run by the Department of City Planing?

I’m sure the two are working together to add moneys in there pockets. :L

The entrance to “city scheming” is always around in the back.

“Scheme” in British English doesn’t have the negative connotations it has here.

The right door pretty much sums it up there.
