You weren’t aware that Heaven is painted as an amazingly dull place. A number of people sit there in glory, not because they are happy, but because they think they owe it to their position to be in heaven. They are almost all English.
Assuming heaven, I would guess it is a place of joy. What it takes to bring that joy is not anything I worry about. However … I have not seen it reported that wifi, cell reception, TV or any of that have brought very many people joy down here. Why would they bring joy “up” there?
