He’s probably on top of the coffee runs, which lubricate modern business.

And all 6,000 are about Adam. He’d have to get a job in Orlando, though. That’s the only place where they think dad jokes are funny.

He could submit an article to The Encyclopedia Britannica on the subject of coffee, just as the silent film star Lon Chaney Sr. did on the subject of horror makeup.

How about working for the coffee shop?

He could write user documentation.

I have a tee shirt with a logo on it. It says “Dad Joke Loading”. My son gave it to me.

A dad joke is not mature until it’s full groan.

Adam, write a book of Dad jokes.

And he is one of the biggest Dad jokes…….

Well he does have that 4 year degree in English, right?

Like most wannabe writers and actors, he’s supremely qualified to work in a coffee shop.

Kinda curious why he decided freelance writing was his career choice, when obviously he isn’t very good at it.

Well.. he knows coffee, so perhaps a job behind the counter where he could sell coffee, mingle with the customers and tell jokes.

I remember that Adam was at some kind of desk job in the very beginning of this strip, and he was laid off, or something to that effect, and then Laura got a job at the book store, and he became a stay at home dad…

Ha! Called it.

When I would tell dad jokes at work, people would run to tell others. Sometimes they would run before I even finished a joke.
