I know how you feel. For the last many years I’ve not minded when I get interrupted by one of my boys coming up to chat. Now I’m working from home and sadly I’ve created a monster problem. I’ll be doing a lot of Zoom video meetings so I’m going to have to create a distraction of some kind. Anyone have any ideas????

Work between 10-pm and 2am. House is quiet and all are asleep. Or during one of the naps (mid-morning, after lunch, mid-afternoon).
