My husband and I have both donated our bodies to the State Anatomy Board. They come and pick you up, you serve a useful purpose at medical school and at the end of the year, they return your ashes to your family. Hubby had a fairly rare genetic condition, and we hope this can help some other poor soul.
Eat right, excecise regularly, watch your weight, see your doctor at least once per year, get enough sleep, lower your stress level, go vegan, avoid trans fats, watch your cholesterol, and die any how.
Dr. McCoy, We all know sometimes people say “Prosp long and live ’er..This just came to mind…..”Love long and whisper"…. Now that makes sense…Jus’ made it up, but I’d be surprised if somebody hadn’t got there first…..
Night-Gaunt49 – why pay thousands in costs and than annual cost for lawn maintenance (eternal care) when it can be done for a few hundred and the cost of a coffee can on the shelf. Kids today do not visit gravesites, so why waste the land.

If I knew I was going to live this long (66), I’d have taken better care of myself.
