I think this a poke at Burger King’s Impossible Whopper which is over processed, has waaaaay too many ingredients and costs twice as much as regular Whopper. I think I’ll just have the beef, thank you.
I bought a package of Beyond Burgers last summer. Put one on a fry pan and started cooking. Within three minutes, the stench in my apartment was overwhelming. Had to run the A/C for two hours to reduce the smell. I’ll stick with real hamburgers, thank you very much.
The meaty flavor of the Impossible Burger comes from soy leghemoglobin, a plant-based hemoglobin analog. It is produced by genetically modified yeast. Well up the list of “unnatural” foods. I prefer the I. B. to the real thing because it doesn’t repeat on me like the dead cow version.
Some Burger Kings offer a vegan version, as mentioned above. The burger is cooked in a microwave oven, and the mayo is omitted. Haven’t tried it. Sounds bad.
The “Impossible” Whopper is just that, impossible. We went in for two. One with the fixings and one plain. The fixed up one tasted ok, but the plain one was totally tasteless. I think when you’re in BK, with those delicious smells around, you get fooled.

Does anyone actually eat one of those new fangled estrogen laced “burgers”?

If an Impossible Whopper is flame broiled on the same rack as Whoppers is it truly vegetarian or has it been contaminated with Whopper juice?

The possible burger probably is really a possum burger

It’s probable the possible burger is probably better than the impossible burger. [Could somebody help me get my fingers untied?]
