    I do crunches as they’re easier on my back. I do have washboard abs, they just have clothes on the washboard.

    While you’re down there, do some Five Finger Exercises. The Hanon 60 for “air piano” are handy. That one finger of yours is way over-developed!

    I used to do 70 inclined sit-ups a day… Now I can’t even stand up… after one sit-up…

    Your first problem is doing ups. I don’t do ups. Ups defy the laws of gravity. I obey the law.

    I do downs. Put it down, put some music on and I will boogie down, give me a cheese burger and I will wolf it down.

    My late buddy used to say he lifted weights and broad jumped daily. Meaning – lifting beers and chasing women. Retired Air Force Master Sergeant gone far too soon.
