If you bought them 4 sizes to large to begin with – yes.

Eat too many beans, there’ll be a smell from your jeans.

I’ve found a pair in my closet 15 years later and they fit!

Or until you can afford a tummy tuck. Which ever occurs last.

I can beat that. I have three wardrobes: too large, too small, and fits.

I figure anything I haven’t worn for 10 years is fodder for Goodwill. I don’t want it and it’s probably back in style again.

15 years for me, and I think I will let them go. I don’t think I’ll ever weigh 140 lbs again.

Aunty, who are you trying to fool? When you bought them they weren’t called denim jeans, they were called waist overalls. It wasn’t until the 60’s that they began to be called denim jeans, and by the 60’s you have already outgrown you waist overalls and put them away to see if they would ever fit some day in the future.

I keep clothes I like until they are either worn out or I don’t like them anymore and wouldn’t wear them again. Jeans last a very long time. I am easy on my clothes.

I had Covid in January and lost a lot of weight without really trying. By now, I’m feeling better and all of my jeans fit!

I’ve kept an old pair jeans as an example of what I NEVER want to fit into again.

I have a skirt (faded blue jean skirt) I made in 8th or 9th grade (1971 or 72) that I would love to wear again, except it is too short for me to wear now. I was bolder then in my skirt lengths.
