No problem for me. I’ve never expected to have it all together.

I never expected to reach the age I am now.

I was so naïve. I was an idiot.

If I knew I was going to live so long I would have taken better care of myself.

I’d probably miss it even more if I could remember it better.

I had it all together, just forgot where I put it.

Aunty, you never had it all together and you never will, which explains why you are a dramatic mess.

It appears that you need to start working on that inbox there AA.

I never expected to outlive my father (he died at age 55). Now, at 68, I hope to outlive my mother, who died when she was 88.

I wish I would “get it together” just enough to know what “it” looks like.

I was so organized and efficient it was disgusting. Then I had encephalitis. Now I deal off and on with ADD (no H, I could use some H) and I preferred being very efficient and organized. I just can’t do it right now. It drives me nuts. I still have the skills and knowledge, but there is a disconnect I can’t get past very often and I have to wait it out. It has always passed before. I got all through my education and long past that without any ADD. The encephalitis came a year after I retired.

Then you keep pushing that date you’ll have it al together further into the future, then you retire.

I finally got it all together but forgot where I put it.
