We should all take a moment to reflect and be grateful for all those things good that touch our lives.

I’m not a particularly religious person but this is the prayer I offer at every meal in our house:

Lord, we thank You for the food we are about to eat, / the company that we keep / and we pray that You’ll watch over and protect us. / Guide us going forward in our lives. / Keep us strong. / Keep us safe. / Keep us loving, laughing, healthy, and happy. / Keep us growing in our love for each other and our love for You. ___ Amen.
