    If after a few minutes of frying your fragrant smoked bacon withers and dries in a gunk instead of sizzling awash in its own fat, it’s fake and you were legally cheated by the meat processing plant that boiled it, substituted the fat with preservative-laden brine and fake smoke aroma (and maybe a heap of monosodium glutamate so you think it tastes nice). Yuk! Guess why it costs $2/lb? But “honest” meat is way too expensive to compete.

    Ah, Mr. Hart, being naughty again? Hazing at the Frat meant frying the Bacon, and everything else, Au Naturel.Brothers were sadists; pledges were the Sulphur Bomb experts.
