Sorry, Mr. Morin, not only does your cartoon lack originality (see Mr. Danziger from a week or so ago), but it lacks any truth. Russia has absolutely no intention of interfering with elections of other countries. Two questions: What possible reason would they have to want a picture ID? Why would you participate in such a police state training exercise by cooperating?

Voter ID laws are crafted to delegitimize those forms of ID most readily available to poor people living in cities. I know that seems remote when you’re at the optometrist or the club, but some people don’t have cars. You might see them walking on the street or waiting at bus stops with bags of groceries. They’re not doing it for the exercise.

Never understood the concept. I have worn a full beard and mustache for so many decades now (I grew my beard at 19). My wife nor my kids have ever seen me without a beard and mustache. Unlike what the lady above says… I have had a large array of “mating” opportunities with a furry face…. but I have always stayed true to my friend, my wife. Fortunately she still provides me sufficient “in-house” opportunities to this day.
