to those that are morally outraged… you don’t have to read it… personally I think its frickin hilarious ( must have got the pill stuck in his throat) and maybe the censors are not a bunch of over zealous prudes that think its funny.

One of the reasons that i don’t come to the comments here much is all the anti Mastroianni trolls here.

The fact is, when J.H. got all saved, and injected that into the strip, the strip suffered for it.

Comics are supposed to be funny.

Well, I’m done with B.C. First the silly week of 4th wall stuff, most of which was not even humorous, then this. You may think it prudish, but my family and I have standards. We don’t watch regular TV because of the content. I don’t listen to radio stations with all the Viagra and testosterone commercials. I’m not going to bother with this strip anymore after 50+ years.

Made me smile….can’t ask for more.

I posted a comment on Mastrianni’s page and his response to me is as follows: “It wasn’t my intention to suggest anything phallic with today’s drawing. I apologize if it came off as offensive.” Could’ve fooled me.

Eh… either you’re old enough to ‘get it’ or it’s a random thing, which doesn’t occur so randomly in the comics if you aren’t in the know. I don’t think it’s super offensive. But it does seem puzzling that this apparently resulted in a long neck…

Not a good one for families, especially with young girls… Really?!?
