Wasn’t there a study not that long ago showing that stretching and warming up or starting immediately didn’t make a difference?
Perfect timing. Now she doesn’t need to shower to get rid of the sweat.
Well, she’s not on the Oregon coast, that’s for sure! It’s been clear, sunny skies or completely fogged in almost all year. We’re in a drought.
