I relate to Nathaniel. I have a long, elegant name but as a kid I did not like it and wanted everybody to call me by my nickname my family used. Then when I got to College and wanted to use my elegant name everybody used my nickname. Life!

arc idea: (rate my idea from one to ten) so there’s a new girl and nate kinda likes her, and daphne finds out from someone else and is really mad. then, when nate finds out why daphne isn’t talking to him, he tries to apologize. Daphne still is mad at nate. the new girl that nate used to like turns out to be taken. nate then does something really crazy and sweet to win back daphne, and it works. happy ending.

Could always go with Nathan.
