In the natural order of things, primary herbivores, e.g., cows and many others, are meant to be killed and eaten by some other animal, typically a predator but not always. Humans, being natural omnivores, are consummate predators by design.
Let’s see if I have this right. Eating an animal, or taking care of it in exchange for say eggs, is wrong.
Eating the food that feeds those animals, or leaving them unprotected to face wild animals is bad. Not to mention the animals that are killed due to farming or transporting the food denied to animals for human consumption to said humans.
I’m sorry but I just can’t do the plastic/polyurethane shoes thing. They look cheap, smell funny wear out quickly and in the winter have no insulation properties and become brittle. I’m going to try to further reduce the millions of pounds of animal hides that are being dumped now because of oil produced shoes and belts. What a waste of money and resources.
I’m told—is this really true?—that “almond milk” is OUT, not I gather because it takes 1,000 gallons of water to make one gallon of almond “milk”, but because it’s been shouldered aside by the latest craze: HEMP “milk”. (Really? Seriously?)

Don’t bother looking for your belt either. On the other hand, switches are readily available.

Veganism seems to be just shy of being a religion. Maybe that’s what’s meant by “holy cow.”

Not to over-react, but…
Let’s not forget all our cosmetic and pharmaceutical products first test-driven and road-tested on all those animals later given up as road kill.
