2. Bozo put good use of 101 Ways of How To Fix Your Table.
3. There’s no beating Bozo the master of jugaad .
…
And there’s no beating FoXo the master of art and cartooning.
For each panel of BOZO makes you feel the three dimensional depths in each scene, each panel is like a picturesque picture of a beautiful three dimensional cartoon world with realistic perspectives.
And FoXo never needed words but only the characters and scenes in each panel with the facial expressions and body languages of characters is all that FoXo needs to tell his funny tales.
BOZO hence an excellent epitome of picture speaking thousand words, a pure pantomime comic and a most picturesque one.
So it no wonder that BOZO still comes like a fresh fragrant breeze even after so many decades and eras later and brings great joy and sheer cheer to many.
But despite being a great classic of great creative calibre, neither BOZO nor FoXo are much known or remembered these days.
Spread the word, friends, so that BOZO can spread more joy and cheer to many more!
And take your time, zoom in and enjoy every panel of BOZO, me friends.
…
And yes of course me gives another big thumbs up, big applause, and three cheers once again for the marvellous master cartoonist FoXo’s magnificent masterpiece, the most pleasant picturesque pantomime, the ever entertaining ever energetic ever excellent evergreen entertainer BOZO!
I’ve been following this comic for less than a month. So far a couple of things have jumped out at me. First is that much more is said with no words than many of today’s strips where the characters sometimes have multiple sentences to get their point across. Secondly, while Bozo is a scamp and gets by with a lot of hijinks, the comic has a genteel feeling about it. Men for the most part wear ties and a hat, and women are often in dresses and heels. It’s something I grew up with and didn’t realize I missed so much in today’s world.
I am not sure when I started reading BOZO. I had weird feelings about reading a comic where no one talked, it was old, not colored, and secretly a little peeved about Bozo’s actions against the Police….(due to past occupation.) Plus a majority of comments a lot of times was "Where’s Umbrella Man…and how many times Umbrella Man was shown.) Then I got to studying the times of when this comic panel was done. I remembered KEYSTON KOPs, LITTLE RASCALS, and how Law Enforcement was the subject of humor. Then I noticed members were adding what stories that Foxo’s Comic Panels were telling. I became hooked, still counting Umbrella Man’s appearances, but also adding my narration of what each panel was about. I WAS HOOKED, AND STILL AM. Bozo was not only a silent comic, it was such a learning factor….how Foxo’s art was so exact as to show buildings as the subject was moving, how Foxo had Bozo the “every man” character like Jackie Gleason’s Honey Mooners character, and Buster Keaton’s silent character being able to put his character in a predicament that you wondered how he was going to get out of. I know mreardon53 wishes he could just tell his Dad Foxo how a short silent man, smoking a cigar, wearing a derby, sometimes in patched clothes and next a tux, womanizer, and so on and so on, has a regular bunch of fans who like me can not wait to see how Bozo handles day to day problems. (Sorry for such a long tribute, but I have learned so much from reading BOZO.)
