What about A.I.’s for the Hologrammys?

The presenters should be holograms, too.

And maybe even the audience.

We can’t go back. Right now, you can go onto Youtube and listen to AI-generated Frank Sinatra sing Coolio’s “Gangsta’s Paradise” and AI-generated Beach Boys sing Nine-Inch Nail’s “Hurt” to the tune of “Surfin’ USA!”. We should have stopped with Jem & the Holograms…

There was a movie in 1981 called “Looker” where a group would take scans of models and then use a computer to generate the perfect ad and the models’ likenesses. But to avoid paying the models for using their likeness, they knocked them off after scanning them.

Now we are just waiting for them to die naturally and then using their likeness. A definite improvement but still questionable.
