Not as sad as Calvin thinking THIS is variety.

Or this is Calvin’s way to delay going to school.

That hole in the middle of his “pants” is going to be pretty darn breezy!

My shirt is too short! The belly looks out!!

Too bad she doesn’t have a sense of humor like her husband’s

Variety is now the spice most people do not want on their life.

Hypothesis: “We all put our pants on one leg at a time.” Observation #1: “Not all of us.”

We Did This! When we were little kids (before school age). Boy does this bring back (stupid) memories :-)

Let him go to school like that. After the other kids get a load of him he’ll never do it again.

Now there’s an idea seldom thought of—much less carried out.

Easier to pee

My 7 year decided this week he’s going to dress himself for school this week. He’s been looking like he’s living in a car.

I love how it captures the creativity of children. LOL

I am fairly sure Calvin should not wish his pants covering his head. No telling where those things have been.

Hey – as a teacher who endured the sagging-pants fashion trend; nothing would surprise me now!

In high school, we had “Underwear on the Outside Day.” It upset the nuns.

He should be wearing his underpants on his head.

Bad mom, suppressing Calvin’s trendsetting ways!

I want to know how his shoes stay on his head.

Watterson should have drawn it so his nose came out the fly.

Variety is the spice of life. But too much spice makes food inedible.

How does his shirt stay up?

Calvin is such an out of the box thinker. I wonder what he’s doing now. He’ll probably be the next Elon Musk.

Can’t handle a little variety?

Calvin’s mom has become an expert at that.

It’s not often you see a kid with arms longer than his legs. Calvin can exchange his shirt with his pants and almost make it work.

Well, that’s a … unique … method of dressing by Calvin. Made me laugh out loud, though, due to the sheer absurdity. Fun.

I see that Calvin paid no attention to the saying “don’t be so open minded that your brains fall out”.

After seeing this when it was first published, my then 7-year-old tried the exact same thing. But, we all laughed instead of being annoyed, like Calvin’s mom.
