Looks like Calvin took my advice on yesterday’s strip.

This is such an odd one out in Calvin and Hobbes history. There’s no indication that this is maybe-real-maybe-imaginary like Hobbes, and it’s certainly not realistic (compared to our world). It’s as if Bill Watterson just said “Eh, let’s have C&H take place in a world where fish climb up and bite people.” :)
