The “problem” with the bees and flying, is that the calculations were done under the assumption that the bees had “fixed wings”. Any damn fool that has ever seen a bee knows they flap their wings, so the calculations were just a bit off.

Actually, all braking equipment was greased and released. It’s just that landing on sand tends to gum up the works.
