@listmom you are correct about how to pick things up, but many women are very flexible even big one that seem to be able to bend at the waist and with their heads almost touching the floor or ground. I believe it’s how women are built differently then men – they can do this without harm to themselves unlike men who really need to lift the proper way. Yes yes!
