    I find that swimming helps. Especially if the water is cold.

    Those exercises are boring as hell. How about playing a sport? So much more fun. Tennis? Soccer? Bike riding? Swimming laps? Is there a rink? Go skating. Who wants to just do toe touches and jumping jacks? Ugh.

    By the way, exercise experts recommend not doing toe touches, because of the risk of a back injury. There are alternative stretches done while sitting or lying on the floor.
