Today’s strip is supposed to be a VERY old one from my black and white days before GoComics. I hope it gets sorted out.If you are seeing a black and white strip today then it has been fixed.Sorry.
I love the alien’s comment that didn’t truly become clear to me until I saw the groundhog looking at his shadow! At that point, it became hilarious. Thank you!
I like the eyes either way big brother, however, drawn like they are in this older strip, they remind me of my beautiful little niece when she doesn’t get her way. hahaha ;:^)
Justin, for me it’s a toss-up on the eyes. By including the white pupils and varying their size, shape, or position- and possibly even their color- you can make Odom’s inner feelings more apparent; however, if you wish for his character to remain more enigmatic, stick with the full black.

Wonder what Phil used to bribe the D.A. that was going to sue him for being sooo far off this year?

Guess I did call it.I think these eyes are more expressive. But the other way makes him look more sociopathic, which might be what you’re going for.

I think the black eyes are more sinister looking.

If anybody saw my comment from Friday — this is the comic that was e-mailed to me, so things were starting to go wrong back then.

Seeing a growing shadow is a good indicator of meteoric phenomena.

I think there is something to be said for exercising the imagination.
