If you’re gonna do something… do it right….-That’s why I was saying yesterday, I don’t think TJ got past the "making money’ stage of his endeavor.. he skipped a few steps in his plan… good thing he’s got people he can use… er… count on, to fill in the gaps…

Brad is becoming his dad… That damned adulthood! It started when he was oplayed off from his firefighter job.

I find it interesting that it seems that Toni did the work to get it running, while Brad was working on it for some time, and yet, who is the ‘Grease Monkey’? At least Toni knows how to keep her end clean…

@ Iamjayblue: about yesterdays comment that TJ and Ann were enemies, well, it is a thin line between love and hate.

Just because everything Brad is saying is correct doesn’t mean he has to bring down the excitement level. That is one reason that some people will never be entrepreneurs their heads are filled with fears instead of dreams.

I can’t see healthy food coming out of that truck either.

Why is so tough for some to think healthy food can’t come out of a truck? How to you think “healthy” food gets to your store.. magically appears? No, a truck brings it. Did you every look in the back of a tractor trailer box to see how “clean” that is? If you did you would be cleaning your veggies with Clorox before you cook you healthy food. And since most of the “healthy” menus are mostly barely cooked food, why couldn’t a food truck service provide that. As long as its clean and has a good refrigeration unit in it, the whole idea is great. Plus there are plenty of people doing this already with some of the best food you every ate.

Don’t forget the cost of buying, or renting, a commercial kitchen. You can’t do all the prep work in the truck.

People don’t eat off of trucks like that when they are looking for “healthy” food.

Simple. That so-called food truck looks unsafe AND unhealthy just sitting there! I mean, come on, TJ. I may be hungry, but I’m not THAT hungry!

With the way that engine is puffing along, everything will be smoked, including the salads and drinks. Shoulda called it “TJ’s Smokehouse”. Here in Califoni, it will be classed as a ‘gross polluter’ and the state (us taxpayers) will offer him somewhere between $500 and $1000 to turn it in.

The truck not only has to get running, clean and licensed, but it needs to LOOK appealing. Since the only female there is the mechanic, I guess TJ must do his own décor (unless he can con someone new into doing it).

No one would order food from such a nasty looking mess!

I guess we will not only be waiting to see if they start to tackle the other issues “tomorrow”, we may also find if this is a one or two week arc swing, or maybe to even do the “time lapse development” thing, where we go to another arc, switch back, and find they’ve tackled some of these things later on…..

TJ may very well be asexual, but the examples of Luann and Tiffany hardly count as proof. A lot of guys will not see their best friend’s sister as a romantic possibility. He may very well think of her in a sister-like way himself. Nobody would want to get serious with Tiffany. She’s for looking at, not for spending a whole lot of time with.

“Cranial flatulence.” Hee hee. I will be saving that one for later use.

Another poor example, as there is no shortage of other reasons he might not have wanted to go out with her. She was only moderately attractive, but more importantly, she was a big pile of boring, control freak, condescending snob.

When Brad had a dream a few years ago TJ was also an annoying downer. At least Brad is being helpful. I think between the three of them they might have what it takes to get this business off the ground. I just hope that Brad and Toni are not under any illusions about TJ showing much gratitude.
