Well, 2001-2006, Congress did rubberstamp the “president’s” proposals and look how things turned out. That was OK then, though. Now they don’t even consider them before voting No. I guess it does save them a lot of time and brain cells not to ever have to read a bill again.

And, precisely, how does this justify the Nobel Peace Prizident’s war crimes, including “double tap” drone attacks where people trying to help those hit by a strike are droned in turn?
