I go to the gym mostly so my legs stay strong, which will make it less likely that I’ll end up in a nursing home when I get older. (Weak legs are one of the leading reasons people end up in nursing homes).
Here are two good reasons to keep working out and they both kinda are related…1. To increase bone density and prevent Osteoporosis.Exercise delays the onset of Osteoporosis by increasing bone strength.
2. To maintain balance and improve reflexes to decrease falls, which often lead to the classic case of the broken hip.
Stronger bones, better balance=less falling and breaking hips (or other parts). However the broken hip is the most common.
My favorite analogy is, you’re know you’re eventually gonna die no matter what you do. That don’t mean you go jump in front of a bus!. . . unless, you know, it’s parked or something . . .

No matter what you do you can’t stop the aging process. May slow it down.

Got to snag a man first, and then you can droop, sag, and gain weight.

So what. Just walk to the ice cream truck, same excercise, more fun.
