True, all. Bad move, Sam! Trouble is that Sam is a slave to his sad addiction and would just automatically light up under stress.

Good Morning, VB! I think Tracy at least smoked a pipe at home? It was the times. Everybody smoked and wore hats.Hats ruled the world!

Sam is smart enough to keep an eye on Bardoll’s corpse so it doesn’t pull a “but it was right here!” But not smart enough to hold off smoking when someone near him is having trouble breathing. We know where his priorities are!

for the life of me i dont get WHY everyone is all bent out of shape because sam smokes. if tracy had a problem with it dont you think that he would say something? i mean, aside from the fact that THIS IS ALL JUST MAKE BELIEVE PEOPLE!!! WAKE UP!!!

i wanna see two weeks worth of strips where everyone is just sitting around in a room constantly lighting up one cig after another… throw in a pipe and a stogie here and there to round things out…. two weeks worth of panels full of nothing but cigarette/cigar/pipe smoke.. just for the heck of it :)

let me clarify.. i wasnt running down mike and his stories, i was simply stating that the “PRESSURE” storyline is a completely DIFFERENT story than the moon maid lite story thats all.

as for mike using the moon maid lite story to wrap into the Pressure story, i tend to do the same things when i’m writing my stories in my yahoo groups… for example i am running a story right now that i had plotted out LAST SUMMER and the killer part is that it ties into my FOURTEEN different yahoo groups, so i had to plan each group’s stories carefully to make sure they all got to the same point at the same time where i could begin my “big story”.

with luck, and i said this to my group members back in January… i hope the current story i am running will last the WHOLE YEAR! i started it around February or so and it’s still BARELY underway.. so i guess i’m doing ok so far. lol

Hmmm, is Sammy boy talking to himself? I don’t recall Tracy asking about Bardoll. Even Tracy has a look on his face like “Don’t touch me you Green derby freak!” LOL!!! Must be the nicotine affecting Sam’s thinking. Bardoll, what kind of name is that? Hi CP, thanks for being such a good poster and missing me! Hey morrow you old goat, what’s happening? Did you enjoy the Lone Ranger? I know you saw it 5 times! LOL!!!!!!!!

Two things…..

Sam merely said Tracy had a larynx injury….last I heard, Catchum didn’t have a medical practice.

Tracy and Catchum have worked together a long time….Catchum’s comment about Bardoll was likely morbid humor.
