Today will bring tons of mustache comments. I’m no artist, but there must be a better way to present shading than this. Otherwise, the women in all the other comics would have the mustache look, and Gil Thorp is the only one I know of.

In P3 I was thinking that was R2D2 on the sidelines, but I guess it’s just a Gatorade cooler. And with the way he’s been coaching the past five years, there hasn’t been any need to dump one of those on Gil.

Doesn’t putting Pascoe in at right guard displace one of the “Troys”? I seem to recall as we lurched into this story line that the Troy’s appeared to be the potential feature until Rubin veered into the mute angle.

P3- who stole Pascoe’s number off the jersey or is it Gil’s way of punishing him until he utters a syllable?
