Been there done that. Didn’t have the safety cone, though. Arlo should really hang around the bathroom more.

I dislike anything oily. Especially mineral oil, which I make a point to avoid.

Arlo would slide right off of her!

No on site quality control inspection?!? Arlo, you’re slipping! Oily to bath, oily to rise, Can be unhealthy, for stealthy wives. (Or should it be? – Makes a wife stealthy, and unhealthy-wise.)

Too much isn’t a good thing.

It should make bubbles, not an oil slick.

And how come they don’t have a shower curtain so that Janis can hang the towel on the rod and not have to slop across the room (in normal circumstances)? Also most tubs have towel racks. (I know, that would ruin today’s gag.)

The label, KY Bath Oil," should have tipped her off – but I’m sure Arlo will explain it to her later…

It would appear to be Quaker State; I’m guessing 5W30.

I know the feeling! I once put on too much hand lotion and couldn’t turn the knob to get out of the powder room. I remember feeling the way Janice looks in panel three, and thinking “Nothing should be this difficult”. I finally had to wrap my hand and the knob in Kleenex to get out of the room.

Arlo, Arlo, Arlo. After all these years. Man, when you give intimates to your wife, you are supposed to be there, to ‘help her’ appreciate the gift. That bathtub looks big enough for two.

I don’t even like it when my roommate uses oily junk in the shower. Makes the tube feel nasty.
