As obnoxious as some commercials are, they are better than the programs they are embedded in.
There are only two ways I watch TV: I record the show and “trash compact” with the fast forward, or I watch while sitting at the computer. I can get a lot done on the computer during the commercials. I just hit the “Billy Mayes Memorial Button” (Mute) when they come on.
Sadly, my Direct TV Genie can only do so much. The junk that’s on the channels referred to here is not watchable in my opinion.After the Super Bowl, the wife and I wrote down the “shows” that we watch, and out of the 150+ channels we’re paying for, the results are sickening !!!
PBS?Is that public supported male bovine feces?Yah, TCM saves my day when the History Channel or National Geographic repeats.But nuthin beats Nickelodeon.
