You missed the part about having a final exam and never remembering to have shown up for the class or read anything connected to it. And, then realizing that you seem to be standing in the middle of the lunch room naked.
In my school dreams it’s always where I lost my class schedule or can’t find the classroom because the building keeps changing. For the life of me, I swear there were no back stairs that went from the top floor to the basement.
I actually do have the same dreams, usually some variation of actual places I’ve been, to the point where I look forward to going back to certain neighborhoods or certain places. I’m pretty sure my good dreams keep me balanced.
Mine are of the level that if I told someone, they’d have me hauled off to the loony bin ‘for further analysis’. Wars and plane-crashes, lost loves and ‘not allowed’ per diems were enough, not to mention that E-5’s were in charge of me.
My recurring dream: I’m driving alone on a mountain highway uphill and downhill, going faster and faster and all of a sudden the road ahead of me is GONE! I sail off into the sky and wake up with my heart pounding. Now that I come to think of it, I guess my dream pretty much sums up “Life.” Much of it is out of our control and then, too soon, it’s over…
Though I don’t ever recall having the same dream over and over (though some may run on similar themes), I do think that I do get the occasional rerun, though I seldom remember having dreamed about it before until the rerun actually occurs.

My dreams are someone else’s; I don’t know any of the people or places in them.

My dreams of my high school days are more like nightmares involving math classes.
