Four more days? Does that mean early May. or what? We need time for a huge âGraduationâ crisis or two, before it gets too far into June.

finally stayed up late enough to comment on the first page and I got nothing, except looking forward to Crystalâs outfit and Knuteâs for that matter. Wonder if Ox will wear 77?

That little strawberry blond kid looks a lot like Mrs. Berger. Just sayinâ.

ââŠDid no harm and back in service.â^Hey- Thatâs the Important part! I know youâre relievedâŠ
ORMouseworks almost 11 years ago
Oh, How could have I forgotten that (heheheh) ;)
ORMouseworks almost 11 years ago
If Tiff is the head of prom decorating, does this mean she hasnât got a date for the prom??? I find that hard to believe⊠;)
JayBluE almost 11 years ago
Uh⊠that time, no pun intended..

And along with that, a nice, gradual water build-up, instead of the âcold startâ, and sudden rush of waterâŠ.

She talks to him like she likes him⊠at the pool party, she played âchickenâ with him in the pool, vs. Knute/Crystal, and didnât brush him off, during his conversations with her⊠and during the times sheâs not in the direct view of the panels, it can be safely assumed that Sheâs either with a boy, or spending a comfortable amount of time with Ox, whom she shows herselfâŠ. comfortable.. aroundâŠ.

(âŠwithout the Herculean effort needed previously.) Sounds like my old shower handle which we tried to replace but couldnât as the (expletive deleted) âbuilderâ had the plumber fix the faucet to one of the wood studs and weâd of had to take all of the tile off the shower wall in order to access it and change the handle :P

I think thatâs going to be the direction we are headed. She has been too kind to Ox so far to turn on him."^It does seem soâŠ.

âWeary with toil, I haste me to my bed, The dear repose for limbs with travel tired; But then begins a journey in my head To work my mind, when bodyâs workâs expired.â (from one of Shakespeareâs Sonnets). And, with that, I wish you all a good nite! ;)

He meant to refer to Tiff (it was around October/November)âŠ. and he called it âteachingâ, but meant to refer to the âafterschool care programââŠ

Itâs a common staple of TV and other fictions, that thereâs the âwill they⊠wont they?â approach, where they flirt and chat and all, and so itâs not an official relationship.. but itâs a âpairingâ, as in a way to âmanipulateâ us or signal us to the direction thatâs being âteasedâ⊠â Plus, sometimes itâs portrayed where one may show continued interest in another (like dancing with them, lingering a bit to talk, offering to do things like partnering in a game, or letting someone carry their books/or offering to do so), without actually going out as a coupleâŠ

For the ones with codes, you can also copy and paste those codes, as well⊠-It ends up being similar, only difference being that with the one, you can copy and paste the actual symbol itself (which in essence seems the âroad of least resistanceâ), and with the other, you copy and paste the code that turns it into a symbol when you post⊠â Another reason I like pulling up the page instead of going to the âmapâ, is because on mine, the map doesnât pop up on the desktop start menu. I have to go to my âCâ drive, and then go through it all (unless I use the one on my âOfficeâ system, Word, Excel, etc.) to get the one Iâd like to use, whereas I can copy and paste (or sometimes type) from the handy dandy chart I have pinned to favorites just above my browser (and in a couple of other areas on my Win 8 screen, too)âŠ

And according to her eyes and lean in panel 2, kinda âshiftyâ when she wants to beâŠ. Lol!

Whatever it is about Tiff, at least sheâs helping out.
Sisyphos almost 11 years ago
Glorp! Now thatâs a sticky widget for the Tiffster, but she does in fact go with the kids to help them. Virtuous Luann, on the other hand, is busy chatting up Quill about the prom.Whoâs the villainess in this strip?

I do not understand why kids spend so much on prom, but then the amount people spend on weddings simply boggles my mind. My mother made my prom dresses and we rode in my dateâs car. My wedding probably cost under $2000 including my dress. We did most of the food ourselves and guess whatâstill married.

We donât have a lot of time for the prom arc with graduation also coming. And 4 Luann days will will go fairly quick.

> This one gives us an interesting perspective of Tiffany as servant of the people.>Yep, Tiffany is trying to juggle handling the kids and making Prom plans for the good of the whole school, since sheâs in charge of decorating. Luann, on the other hand, wants Tiffany to take the kids so that she can make Prom plans just for herself. Me me me me me me me!
TORAD_07 almost 11 years ago
The look on Tiffâs face in the 2nd panel is priceless! :-) :-)
To be honest, Iâm amazed sheâs still working for âBig Chin.â
Bandera_Ken almost 11 years ago
Good one.
watmiwori almost 11 years ago
Makes a change from Tiff being stuck on herself!

âProm Misses, Prom Missesâ^I know I did some before, but I did that one with Delta and Bern when they were trying on dresses, and first thought about what it was they wanted out of proms, etcâŠ

And if anything, with the exception of a few areas, Tiff and Lu are more alike than either of them would care to admit.

Whatever happened to guys driving their dates to prom instead of hiring a limo? âș
Caldonia almost 11 years ago
OMG Tiffany is the worst because sheâs organizing an event for other people.-OMG Luann has so much inner beauty because she has such a wonderful relationship with a boring guy.-I think this strip is BAITING the Tiff haters! The Tiff haters gonna spend HOURS this week talking about how smart they are for hating her! LULZ

Hiring a limo is a good idea if there will be a lot of drinking, which has been known to happen on Prom night.

âkids these days wouldnât have a clue who Bacharach and David were.â^Well âm kind of an anomaly, anywayâŠ. I credit growing up as a 70s kid with a lot of exposure to things from previous decades, and I just happened to have a good sponge inside the old âbrain panâ to soak it all up. I think thatâs one of the things about these daysâŠ. not a lot of exposure to the âsights/sounds/experiencesâ from times past for those growing up, today, which translates into a lack of awareness about a lot of things (and not just music) Sometimes, I have found people only a few years younger than me still have no idea about anything prior to even the 90s, even though they too were alive during the late 70s and 80s⊠- To me, it really seems to be due to not getting that exposure to prior things, and the situation these days, where all people get to know now are todayâs âmedia circusesââŠ.. but I do know that itâs not the case with all people,. Still, I do find a considerable number out there⊠â But, too, if Jeopardy is any indication, it also may not be limited to a factor of a certain age group⊠Sometimes, Iâm âyellingâ at the TV, when even college professors answer âJohn Denverâ, when it was clearly Bob Denver.. " Stinkinâ BOB Denver!⊠" âŠâŠLOL!!!!
