I can spend an hour just looking at tools I can’t use, or little parts for things I don’t own or even recognise…….but then… sigh…. I’ve always been told I’m easily amused.
I also enjoy looking at the doo-dads and gizmos and wondering a) what it is actually for, and b) what I could turn it into. Sort of a “Borrower’s” complex.
“Miracle” products on late night TV (Mighty Putty, Miracle Silicon Wrap, etc) have been on hardware store shelves for years, at half the price. It pays to educate yourself!
I love Lowe’s and Home Depot. And we have a lovely little family owned Hardware Store that has been here since “forever”. Love to go in there! Spring is great for all 3 stores since I love to garden.
I may go to a brick and mortar store twice a year. Less hassle to shop at Amazon, eBay, half.com, etc. The fewer places that have my credit card number the better.
Whee, hardware store!! Well, my favourite shop is more like hardware and garden and kitchenware and some furniture, all combined! But last time they didn’t have any stepping stones for my garden. :(
Just discovered a one panel Sherpa strip, purely by accident. The poster TheVernalPool is a cartoonist who has a strip on Sherpa called The Vernal Pool, very cute! CHECK IT OUT!

No more fun than any other brick and mortar store. I do have fun when I shop for DVD’s and CD’s on Amazon.com though.

Yes, and it’s another of the stores where I often add impulse items. I have a Home Depot close to my house, but Ace is more fun.

Yeah, I like hardware stores, electronics stores, and office supply stores. May have to go to therapy to figure out why.
