I really wish they hadn’t doubled up on the mono “joke”.That kid in P2 must have got his Shazam T-shirt at the Goodwill it’s been going around Milford for years. Maybe we will all get really lucky and this jerk will get run over by a car like Mr. Reality.

Not sure if that’s the same teammate in panel 2 and panel 3. If so, he’s gone from mildly amused to dangerously angry.

Nice notes, Marjie: “doubles”, “Lucky”…what’s the last line? “Playa”? “Mono”? “Full of himself”? “Terry Gallagher redux”?

I think we’ve reached an all time low for this strip. But it doesn’t say alot for me because I keep reading.

In all reality ,the transformation of Lucky from a clumsy oaf to a cocky jerk has been amazing.

I am really enjoying this story. That is one of the benefits of being 62 with the mind of a 12 year old.

I’m shocked no one picked up on the dark creature sitting behind Lucky and mocking his pose in P-3. Maybe this is turning into a creature feature. If it is, the poor black kid is always the first to go.

I still don’t get the huge fascination from the media. Just because he had 3 doubles in one game?Well, at least MUT makes perfect sense today.
