You caught this fugitive in your laundromat? Yup. Our washer is out being repaired. I bumped into that dude during the rinse cycle. You gotta be the luckiest cop in philly! You stumble upon the most dangerous criminal in town while he's unarmed and washing his jimmies in your local laundromat! Captain Ruiz is very impressed! For real? All last night she couldn't stop talking about you! She really wanted that psycho off the streets! Oh...HMPH! wow. She grumbled "nice work" and threw me out of her office. Told ya!

Right place right time without know it. I seen just the opposite a young guy knew he was wanted told my son long afterward or I would have turned him in, was at county fair with Sheriff and local officer’s and in plain site they did not know him. I would have to ask the name as my son told me did not know the name at the time. This was 15-years-ago.

If that is a response for an “atta boy”I really don’t want to be in the room when he gets a “aw shoot”

The man literally has angels watching over him! Remember the two times he was shot and both times the bullets were deflected/blocked by something?

I like the continuity; the strip with the arrest was some time ago.(I also like how Ruiz shows that she’s impressed with someone!)
