Junior, when Pops hits you on the head you can play THIS song for your opening number.

I made it! Another foot of snow and heavy winds, but our power didn’t go out. Yea! I see that I wouldn’t have missed much if I hadn’t made it here, though.

Maybe they’ll knock the wires in the violin loose with all that activity… or set off the bomb.

Finally things are livening up around here! Dick’s not allowed to punch and kick people like in the old days, but look at him working that Aikido!

Say, can we even type “butt,” or will it get bleeped?

Something needs to be said about the son stealing the violin and selling it and then it showing up again where the son and the father is.

All that would do is give some semblance of credibility to an otherwise ridiculous story. .

I’m still having issues with that thumb and elbow. Dang I wish my brain would wake up!!!! GRRRRRRRRR

Sidney, when you come online, please attempt to put my exhausted brain in order so I can see that elbow and thumb belong in the right place. .

If anything, one would think that Maestro, upon discovering that the violin had re-appeared, would conclude that his son had come to his senses and returned the violin, but had done so in a sneaky fashion because he was too ashamed to face his father after what he’d done.

Leaky, are you aware that if one doesn’t view your avatar image at full size, it looks like a Mr. Potato Head in fetish attire?

VistaBill, I’ll go you one better. Not so much snow to be sure, but here in the Western ‘Burbs of Chicago we threw in an earthquake for good measure. It wasn’t a big one, only 3.8, but it was an earthquake all the same.

About the Tracy comic: If Tracy gets the violin, does he discover that it’s a bit heavier than it should be? Does this add to his suspicion because it never went through the scanner? Come to think of it, Tracy is armed— how did he ever get through the scanner?

Too bad all his intelligence is directed toward paronomasia, with none left over for police work.

This is no longer a serious comic strip. Just a bunch of dumb cliche’s day after day.

I’ve never seen so many hands poking their way into view. Turn the lights out and maybe one of them can make a duck silhouette.

They say there’s a Cacophony Society. Is this a comic strip version of one ?

Every day we have a maelstrom of contradictions and artistic FLAWS swirling around to confound us

Panel 1 : What’s the upside for readers to see a man about to put a banana sized bite into the Scroll Box of his Stradivarious Violin

Panel 2 : Decoding what’s happening here is the most difficult of all, Carefully considered, That’s Pops still holding the violin and Tracy’s huge hand without evidence of knuckles clutching it, while Luwig dutifully positions his head for the blow.

Panel 3 : What’s this with the midget white panels on theTracy dress jackt. The one he put on (Jan.30) while packing “betsy” had them long like Phil on the right. How they could grow short so?.

morrow is right, a serious detective strip is daily being converted into a PUNfest (the trite phrasing is begining to irritate) while the new artist slips lower in the vortx trying to divert attention with his “knee-jerk”, ABZOKY art.

It does seem this is now a “Cacophony comic-strip” - on a hell for leather suicide “mission”

This is just a repeat of yesterday’s strip. Maestro is angry and threatens to kill his son. DT intervenes.

For how many more days wil Maestro express anger, theaten to kill his son, then have DT intervene?
