What’s so sad is that I can actually see this happening, had the events in “King Kong” been real. In the sequel “Son of Kong”, Carl Denham, the man who captured Kong and brought him to New York, is shown at the beginning of the movie being besieged by process servers. Seemed like everyone in the city was suing him.
Well, stupid is as stupid does. Reminds me of a guy who sued the dealer, the distributor, and the lawn mower manufacturer when he picked up the mower and tried to trim his hedge. He damaged his fingers on both hands.His claim was the manufacturer did not label the machine with a warning this activity will be dangerous!
